When you purchase or claim any digital asset, UI kit, template, or code starter from DigitalForge via Whop, you are granted an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide commercial license to utilize the assets according to the guidelines below.

Due to the immediate access nature of digital downloads, source code, and design assets delivered directly into your Whop Customer Portal, all sales are considered final once claimed. However, if you experience a technical error, corrupted archive, or reproducible defect, please contact our support team on Whop within 14 days and we will gladly resolve or replace it.

DigitalForge retains all rights, title, and ownership in and to the underlying designs, assets, code structures, and documentation. You own the specific final end products you create using our assets, but not the standalone template rights themselves.

DigitalForge assets are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. While we rigorously test all templates against modern framework versions (React, Vite, Next.js, Tailwind), we cannot guarantee compatibility with every third-party plugin or future deprecation outside our control.
